Pulau Putri Beach is an elongated landmass and appeared in 2004. The beginning of the appearance of this beach was caused by the occurrence of high tides, then receded and created a land area of about 10 hectares. Because of this, at first the Putri Island Beach was called "Tanah Timbul". But over time the name "Pulau Putri" became the name of the beach. Not without reason, there are many stories circulating about this beach.

One of them is a story about a princess who has French descent who was stranded on the island so she called it Putri Island Beach.

Then there is another story about a small child who was swimming on the beach, while swimming the child was bitten by a sea snake which caused the child to die. Then at the mid night someone saw the arrival of horse carriage that descended into the sea. Some say that the child is a "Tumbal" requested by the Putri Island guards. These stories have become legends for generations to the residents of Karangmulya Hamlet, Segarjaya Village. Especially the people around the coast of Putri Island.

Although this beach has existed since 2004, not many tourists know about the existence of Pulau Putri Beach. This beach has its own uniqueness and beauty. The atmosphere offered is also still fairly beautiful because there are still many large trees such as Mangrove trees that surround the beach. So that the air produced is also very cool and suitable to be used as a place to travel with family. Although the road access that is passed is not good enough, access for two-wheeled motorized vehicles has been able to enter up to the shoreline. Different things with four-wheeled vehicles that have to park their vehicles outside the beach which makes tourists have to walk to get to Pulau Putri Beach.

A few years after he was buried there was a poor resident around Pulau Putri Beach who was desperate to the tomb to make offerings to him and asked the girl to be given instant wealth. The night after the resident made the offering he was possessed by the girl, he was angry because the person asked for such strange things, the girl scratched the person who asked for wealth from him, finally after being prayed for and removed from his soul the person was traumatized and promised will not repeat the same mistake and also the residents / visitors who come there are reminded not to ask for wealth and the like from this virgin girl, she only asks for the best and may she rest in heaven there and the residents say the girl really likes it brought beauty tools such as powder, lipstick and so on. Also the residents who live around the tomb once saw a white, beautiful and long-haired figure sitting on a tree around her grave, believed by local residents to be the girl who was raped by the fisherman, and also in honor of her the residents took the initiative to build a house. and in it there is a mosquito net covering his grave. until now there are only residents / visitors who visit the tomb just to pray for the best for her so that she can rest in peace there.
